Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade King & Queen

Are you a current New Haven high school senior?

The Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade Committee is searching for two exceptional student leaders to represent our city’s future as the 2026 Freddy Fixer Parade King & Queen.

If you are a graduating senior with a passion for community service, strong academic achievement, and a desire to be a voice for Elm City youth — we want to hear from you!

🎓 Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a New Haven resident (proof of address required)

  • Must attend a New Haven public or charter school

  • Must be a senior with a 3.0 GPA (B average) or higher

  • Must be involved in at least one extracurricular activity or sport

  • Must show evidence of completed service hours

  • Must submit an essay outlining extracurricular involvement, community service experience, and post-high school plans

Scholarship funds will be released only upon proof of official matriculation at a college, university, or trade school.
