Are you ready to make history? The Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade Committee, Inc.(ECFFPC) is starting a new tradition: crowning a Parade King & Queen for the 60thAnnual Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade! This is an opportunity to claim recognition, represent your community, and earn scholarship! We invite you to apply and become part of a legacy that began in 1962- the year the oldest Black American parade in the Northeast was born.
