In conjunction with the Stetson Branch Library's Annual Harvest Festival and Halloween Trunk or Treat, the Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade Committee will be unveiling the Black Panther mural sponsored by the ECFFPC, Masons, and Stetson Library located in the rear of the Stetson Branch Library on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Also, anyone interested in participating in the Halloween Trunk or Treat (decorate the trunk of your vehicle and provide candy for the participating children in the neighborhood), contact Diane Brown, Vice President ECFFPC & Stetson Branch Library Manager.

Compliments of Widow's Son Lodge No. 1, members Keith Pullen, Donald Hixson, Kirkland Wade and Harold Grey.

On April 12, 2018, members of the Widow's Son Lodge No. 1 replaced the plywood and primed the location for a new mural to depict Marvel Superhero Black Panther reading a book. Commissioned artist, Katro Storm has completed the project.

Provides meals for the Homeless.

Immediately following the 11/4/17 Bowling Night, Bryce Jones & Jayden Alexander traveled to the New Haven Green to distribute meals to the homeless. The meals were donated by the ECFFPC Bowling Committee.


The boys were accompanied by Bryce's dad, Dexter Jones, ECFFPC Public Relations Officer.
